
The Txtr is a new eBook reader that was debuted at a book fair in Germany. Measuring 151mm x 12mm and weighing 300grams, the Amazon Kindle competitor will be available in Germany in December 2009 for around $500. The Txtr features a 6-inch (600 x 800) display with orientation sensor, a 8GB of storage (SDHC), a 532Mhz CPU, and a 64MB of RAM. The content can be uploaded to Txtr via USB, WIFI or a 2.4Ghz proprietary wireless P2P network. [Product Page]
