MSI comes back with a new WindTop AE1900 all-in-one PC that comes equipped with Intel’s Atom 230 CPU running at 1.6Ghz, Intel 945GC chipset, 2GB RAM, 160GB HDD, 4x USB 2.0, 4-1 memory card reader, and DVD (slot) drive. What makes this nettop special is that it consumes only 45Watts of power during what MSI calls “full operation”.
