Apparently Nintendo is about to announce their next-gen Nintendo DS console. According to MCV‘s sources in Japan, Satoru Iwata will make a press release at 9pm PST tomorrow. Not sure what time that is in Japan but this is exciting news. We learned very little details about the new console except that it will sport MP3 playing and some camera functions. [Gizmodo via the Video Games Blog]

Clearly fake, take a look at the side of the bottom half…you can see two things: a headphone slot, and, here’s the kicker, a jack-in slot that is conveniently the same size as my iPod Touch’s. All this is is a photoshoped iPod Touch
