
Nokia comes back with the spanking new slider handset that is powered by the Series 40 operating system, which is the first of its kind for the mass market. Dubbed as the Nokia 6260 Slide, the handset features a 2.4 inch display (320 x 480 resolution), 360° navi-key, microSD memory card slot, a 5MP Carl Zeiss camera with flash, assisted GPS and Wi-Fi connectivity. The phone also supports quad-band GSM/EDGE connectivity and tri-band UMTS connectivity. The Nokia 6260 Slide will be released early next year for around €300. [Nokia via Upcoming Cell Phones]

The Nokia 6260 slide will be the first feature phone which include Nokia WebKit Open Source Browser, previously available only on the Symbian S60 smartphones. It’s one of the best mobile browsers currently boasting a virtual mouse pointer interface, incremental page rendering, visual history browsing and page mini-map. thanks for sharing nokia 6260.
