
Samsung has confirmed that the WiFi-only version of its Galaxy Tab 10.1 will go on sale in the US on June 8th. The device is said to retail for $499 (16GB model). Just to remind you, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 offers a 10.1-inch 1280 x 800 TFT display, a 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor, a 16GB of internal storage, an 8.0-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash, a 2.0-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls, a gyroscope sensor, an accelerometer sensor, 1080p Full HD video recording capabilities, WiFi, Bluetooth, a USB 2.0 port, a 3.5mm headset jack and runs on Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) OS.
