Sharp and Willcom have collaborated to release the Willcom D4 or WSO16H Ultra Mobile PC. Weighing at only 470grams and measuring 84mm x 188mm x25.9mm, the UMPC features with 1Gb of RAM, 40GB of HDD, a Centrino Atom Z520 (1.33GHz), a 5 inch Touch screen (1024×600) LCD with LED Backlight, Wifi B/G and Bluetooth 2.0 EDR. I love this design! This is the best UMPC so far, finally a small clamshell with a real keyboard.
