Willcom of Japan has announced the arrival of the newest phone known as the X Plate phone. The Plate phone is one of the few Japan-only phones that can also be used in China, Thailand or Taiwan with the right PIM card. The X Plate features Internet browsing, Java and Flash support, and a 1.8 display. Unfortunately Willcom hasn’t released pricing or release dates yet, but they should soon.
