Digital Cowboy has just released a HD-DVD based media player that plays either HD-DVD and DVD and has the ability be an attachable harddrive. The movies will come out in HD (1920×1080) resolution. For the harddrive all you would need to do is connect the player to the harddrive and you’re ready to go. Digital Cowboy’s media player supports: “Mpeg-1/2/4, DVD (IFO, ISO, VOB), WMV HD, MP3, WMA and OGG.” Via Akihabara News.
