Australian SMS Technology is shipping out their M500 touch screen wrist phone. This water resistant touch screen a Quadband GSM phone sports g frequencies 850Mhz, 900Mhz, 1800Mhz and 1900Mhz. The phones feature a 1.5 inch color touch screen with 120 x 160px resolution, 128MB Built-in Memory, MP3 and MP4 player, Bluetooth 2.0, USB, Java, WAP, SMS, MMS. The M500 is currently available for $820 and it’s limited to 500 units only.
