Xiaomi has unveiled their newest smartband called the Mi Band 1S. Housed in aluminum body design (IP67 ratings for water resistance), the Mi Band 1S is built with a heart rate sensor or photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor to measure heartbeats, meaning users can get their detailed heart rate measurement easily without wearing any complicated accessories.
Coming with LED notification for calls and messages, the device also monitors your fitness and tracks your sleep, and can vibrate to wake you up. Powered by a built-in 45mAh Li-po battery (up to 20 days of standby), the Mi Band 1S makes use of Bluetooth 4.0 LE connectivity.
The Xiaomi Mi Band 1S will be available in Chinese market starting November 11th for just 99 Yuan (about $15.59). [FoneArena]
